Statement:
Me sitting with my bullshit. I realised towards the end of the year that there was some buried feelings that I needed to work on. It was revealed to me as a result of my last relationship ending and all the feelings that came with it. I believe our relationships are such strong mirrors to ourselves - it brings out alllllll our bull shit and forces us to face ourselves, our insecurities, childhood wounds and deepest fears; all the things that are easy to ignore when you're single. It was this feeling of “Oh, actually, I do have this part of me that knows a lot of sadness. And it’s time to acknowledge that and the effect it had on me and fix this pattern so that it doesn't repeat again.” And it was really confronting lol I cried a lot obviously. But I’m thankful that I got to learn about that part of me.
